The initiator (Tseko Mthombeni),a Teacher by profession and further on Manager, Unionist among other roles, took advantage of his passion for Training and Development which manifested over his loyal and unbroken service of 19 years as a government employee cum Educational Development Full-Time Shop steward (wherein he had the privilege of serving advisory capacities in educational development structure up to national level alongside the acquisition of formal qualifications up to the master’s degree level).
