Sondela Wildlife Centre is a registered wildlife
Rehabilitation centre, Sanctuary, Commercial Exhibition Facility and Training facility.
Rehabilitation Centre: Our main focus is to take care of abandoned, injured and sick animals so that they can be released back into the wild once they are well again.

Sanctuary: Unfortunately, not all animals that have been in our care would be able to survive in the wild. In these cases, they are kept in enclosures that are as close to their natural environment as possible. Through them, our visitors gain valuable information on our wildlife, the importance of conservation and/or current research projects.

Training Facility: One of the most popular Sondela Academy training departments by far! Here the hands-on care given to all the animals provides the students with the perfect opportunity to gain workplace experience while helping animals in need
