We at SSTG, share the same concerns that you, our clients have for the safety of your personnel and loved ones. We therefore address safety training with a passion to make a difference in the lives of our community.

We believe that training should be as realistic as possible, recreating the exact circumstances as close as possible to on board life. only then can one rest assured that training was worth the money spent.

Training alone however, is not sufficient to keep us safe. we have therefore developed a Safety Management System (SMS) specifically for fishing vessels. Our Chief Executive Officer, with years of experience as Master in the Fishing Industry and years of training, has developed this SMS especially for fisherman.
He understands fisherman, their lives, difficulties and constraints, but during the course of his training he also came to understand the importance of safety and it became a passion to help others. We also developed the Fleet Legislative Alert Guidance System (FLAGS), a web-based system that will help you to stay legally compliant to SAMSA certification requirements and management of your crew.

We also now have a Crew Resources Management Service that supports learners will their learning progress, completing their logbooks correctly, transfers to and from training and berths, and other such services.
