"PHATY'S" - deriving from the saying "Pretty Hot and Tasty" was born in early 2006 under the ownership of Russell Van Rooy and has created this entity through his love and passion for food. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Phaty's is merely an offspring of many events that Russell has committed himself to providing exceptional catering services and management. Russell has a vast background and knowledge by personally catering for Market Toyota, J&B Met, Promark, Smit Amandla, Safmarine, Newlands Rugby Stadium, Newlands Cricket Stadium, Western Province Cricket Club and many other private events and companies.Whilst under the brand of Phaty's Catering , a BoatHouse Kiosk is also in his running at Muizenberg Beach Pool side where fast food is readily available straight off a hot grill as well as snacks and drinks for the peckish strollers on the beach.
