With specific emphasis on the possibility of labour related strikes within the company, Letaba Security has a contingency plan in place to ensure that the client of the company does not suffer the consequences thereof.

Letaba Security in conjunction with their training centre Tzaneen Training Centre, which is fully SASSETA accredited for all security related training, has security related learners within a training program whom can at any time, be utilized to effectively man any site that is effected by such labour action.

In addition Letaba Security has to its disposal, several “spare” security personnel who. If not on a specific site, are placed within advanced security training programs, and therefore should the need arise, can be placed out on any security site within 12 hours of such a unfortunate event. Security Officers who have been placed will be guided and supported by the management of Letaba Security and will be totally capable of manning such a security related site for the period required.

Letaba Security provides well-trained security guards, armed guards, patrol guards, armed reaction and rapid armed response. The company also have cash in transit vehicles for the safe transportation of funds. The security industry is one of the fastest growing sectors in South Africa due to the high crime rate in our country. The company intends to make an impression in the Limpopo Province by creating job opportunities and by training top grade security guards. The company is also affiliated with Tzaneen Training Centre that specializes in the training of individuals under the New Firearms Act 60/2000.

Letaba Security's fleet consists of two (2) rapid response vehicles, six (6) armed response vehicles, two (2) armed cash is transit vehicles, seven (7) unmarked investigation vehicles with armed personnel. The Companies technology equipment consists of 184 hand radios, 93 base station radios, 50 cameras and 20 monitoring televisions situated at the control centre. 220 permanent personnel currently employed at Letaba Security.
