Jacobs' Erf Stud

Jacobs' Erf Stud, breeders of South African Friesians and Friesian Sporthorses for family, competition and dressage. The stud is situated in the heart of SA, Lucerne, Trompsburg, Southern Freestate. Our horses are raised naturally in herds and are well handled from a young age. We believe in natural horsemanship and prioritises the happiness and individuality of our horses above all. Our goal is to breed modern type friesians that are trainable, athletic and confident. Jacobs' Erf Stud offers a very unique genetic make-up, carrying some the oldest South African Friesian bloodlines (1941) homogenized with top KFPS and FPSSA approved stallions.
