Getfit Hillcrest

The GETFIT Fitness Centre in Hillcrest was established in May 2010 and has an impressive studio and an extensive array of gym equipment.

The GETFIT Fitness Centre offers its clients the space and equipment to train without clutter and queues. The studio is equipped with steps, bosus, boxing bags, TRX cables and skipping ropes and members are free to use this space when it is not in use. Qualified staff and trainers are available to assist with client queries and there are also Personal Trainers, all of whom offer one-on-one or group training to suit your needs and requirements.

The GETFIT Challenge has been running successfully in KwaZulu-Natal since 2008. Each Challenge runs for a 12, 8 or 6 week period, during which time, participants attend a 1 hour group training session once, twice or three times per week. The training sessions are a combination of cardio and weight training exercises aimed at increasing fitness levels and improving muscle strength and tone.
