WHAT WE DO

* Draft basic Wills.

* We administer the estate of your loved one so that you do not have to.

o LETTERS OF EXECUTORSHIP / LETTERS OF AUTHORITY: This involves reporting the death (estate) of your loved one to the Master of the High Court. We will provide all the necessary reporting documents and walk you through the process.

o DECEASED ESTATE BANK ACCOUNT: We attend to the opening of the estate bank account and the management thereof for you.

o COLLECTION OF ASSETS AND DEBTS: We obtain valuations and certificates of balance for all immovable assets, movable assets, bank accounts, investments, debts, etc, collect the proceeds and record the debts.

o ADVERTISING THE ESTATE: We place the required advertisements in the local newspaper as well as the Government Gazette.

o LIQUIDATION AND DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNT: We draw up the account and obtain approval from the Master of the High Court.

o DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS: We distribute the assets of your loved one according to his / her wishes in terms of his / her Will or in terms of Intestate Succession where there is no Will.

* Provide assistance where your loved one:
o Died without a will.
o Died with a valid will and has appointed a friend or family member as the Executor.
