Alasanti Body Sense has been in existence since 2013 as a Beauty Salon offering services like: Nails (Acrylic and Gelish Application), Pedicure and Manicure, Waxing, Massages and Facials. Since 2013 we have partnered with some of our suppliers particularly on Knowledge and Product Training aspect and in-house we focus more on Theory, Practical and Customer Service Training. We also ensure that all our new recruits goes through theoretical (interviews) and practical assessment so that we are clear before they come onboard about the KASH ie. Knowledge, Attributes, Skills and Habits.

As an organization we have also identified a gap through the years that some of the Beauticians, Technicians and Therapists there is a lack on the following:

Managing Expectations upfront which includes Basic Conditions of Employment understanding
Alasanti Body Sense’s main objective is to create job opportunities and business skills to the ladies who are passionate about the Health and Beauty world to be train professionals and to instill pride, confidence ,to up skill and to prepare them for a real working environment and to become marketable or employable.

As part of our Franchising strategy we have also realized that the biggest challenge in the Beauty Industry is the HIGH staff turnover and we therefore would like to make it easier for the Beauty Salon owners and to give them access to our database of trained, developed and groomed staff to avoid skeleton staff in your business. We HARNESS and ENHANCE skills of the NEW and Existing (Refresher Courses) to assist with work placement (NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED) and create a database that Beauty Salon owners can come and source for staff.
