Zanmari's Famous Coconut Ice

Zanmari's Famous Coconut Ice is the brainchild created by myself when facing the challenge of surviving in our current, struggling economy.
I have decided to take my talent and passion for baking and creating sweet things, and use this to try and create a better living situation for myself.
I am a young women,living on my own, working full time and studying, and thus could really do with an extra few rands to survive.
But it's not just all about the money. I really want to make a difference in the lives of my customers. I want to make each person feel special and loved. The world is a place filled with negativity and I have decided to take it upon myself to make a change in that. Even if it is just a few people.
Every piece of coconut ice I make, is made with love and care. I hope that when my customers take a bite of the sugary goodness, that their insides will be filled with the love and joy that I have put into making every bite.
