This was the moment where the YOLO team decided to start a recruiting and psychometric testing company that focuses on just that: making work fun, humane and different. After all, we need to work to survive, we can just as much make it memorable because you only live once. Therefore, we wanted to build a business where our clients receive honest and top quality consulting and where candidates are supported to find the best position that suits their competencies as well as personality. In essence, we do not only want our clients to be happy but also our candidates. We are all human and strive to be happy.
