Yoga with Heart
Yoga Bodhi is a nurturing space in which to explore greater self-awareness and connection to both body and mind. Classes are inspired by a love for all movement modalities, including yoga, tai chi, dancing and surfing, and aim to be a moving meditation, accessible to all levels of students.
Precise attention to individual alignment is combined with a heart-centered practice encouraging presence and compassion in movement and in thought.
All classes are suitable for Beginners, with no previous experience (or flexibility!) necessary. Advancing students will also have ample opportunity to deepen their practice.
