Our vision is to take our Bootcamp and Body Challenge Classes to schools, because not everyone likes to go to the gym and a lot of parents sit and wait for their children to finish with … all their outdoor or sporting activities.


So, why not do an awesome Bootcamp exercise session yourself. If you exercise and enjoy it, it will motivate your child to keep a active, fit and live a healthy lifestyle. And lets be honest some people just need to get the motivation they need to get fit healthy, that personal trainer or instructor that can push you to limits you didn’t know you had!!! WE PROVIDE THAT MOTIVATION!!!!
