XLR8 is a state of the art, unique and highly advanced indoor training centre. From the safety of our well ventilated and highly specced indoor facility, clients can bring thier bike and train or race on any course, any where in the world!! The extremely sophistacated system calibrates the power going through the pedals and adjusts to coicide with the route on the projector screen in front of you!!
Cliants will be informed and coached through thier sessions by Darryl Koekemoer of D3 Specialised Coaching; they will also recive a print out of their session that will detail the statisitcs the workout.
