Witsand Accommodation - Die Opstalletjie

Die Opstalletjie is a comfortable rustic family holiday home situated in the quaint seaside village of Witsand, at the mouth of the Breede River. The tranquil coastal town has the highest concentration of Southern Right whales on the South African coast (July till October). This secluded home is fully furnished, and offers all the necessary amenities for you to relax and enjoy the unspoilt beaches and top class fishing on offer. The house is best suited to guests looking for a comfortable getaway who can do without all the comforts of a brand new fully equipped family home.

Die Opstalletjie can accommodate up to eight guests and features four bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite shower and basin. The second bedroom also contains a double bed and the third and fourth bedrooms each contain two single beds. The house has two additional bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath.

This one of a kind, well equipped holiday hide-away also has an outdoor braai (downstairs) and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with indoor fireplace and balcony (upstairs). The house is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble-dryer, and the lounge includes a TV - please note you will have to bring your own DSTV decoder and smart card!. The home offers stunning views of the coastline.

Attractions and activities in Witsand include fabulous beaches, kite surfing, boat trips, fishing, nature trails, whale watching, horse riding, and golf (30 km away).
