WE ARE LIVING OUR DREAM : a family business! In October 2012 The Cake Factory was bought by the Sadie family. Mom Antoinette and daughter Millie (a qualified Pastry Chef) bake full-time while each of the family members have their special talents to add to the creation of adorable cakes. Dad John is the figurine-builder, Anri loves decorating the cupcakes, Michael knows all the ins-and-outs of cheese straws and Josh(the other qualified Pastry Chef) tests new recipes for chelseabuns and any other products while Ouma & Oupa Deeves frequently lend a helping hand.


Fantastic family memories have been made during times of hard work when the WHOLE family pitched in to help us meet the deadline of corporate orders.
