Witgatboom Bushcamp/Boskamp

Witgatboom Boskamp is located on a private wildlife estate that is free from Malaria and is only 11 Km outside of Mookgophong. The bushcamp mainly caters to small groups, couples, and families. The camp lends itself to a more intimate and personalised guest experience.
The camp comprises of four thatched cottages and lapa, comfortably arranged around the giant boma and connected with paved walkways. The camp caters for a maximum of 12 guests and can be booked non-exclusively or exclusively. Each air-conditioned chalet is furnished with a double and a single bed. Each chalet has an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The bushcamp is equipped for self-catering. However, guests can arrange a catered option for the duration of their stay. A menu will be co-ordinated with the guests. Meals are served in the main dining area, in the boma, on the outdoor swimming pool deck or at a romantic bush location. Alternatively, guests have the choice of restaurants in the town.
Guest have the opportunity to take advantage of the following activities in the area: day and night guided game drives, wildlife photography, bird watching, bush walks, swimming and hunting. Children get to experience nature safely on the grounds of the camp and are encouraged to partake in activities including game drives and bush walks.
