Winchester Asset Management provides an asset based product that offers the investor with the right asset vehicle (stainless steel tank container) of which provides (fixed USD yields) at +/- 10.00% (NET) of all cost. Winchester Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, offer the purchase and management of stainless steel tank containers for new clients and existing clients of which receive a USD return. Income return is calculated on a daily basis in USD, and is conducted through Winchester Asset Management (Pty) Ltd. Returns are payable into the investor's offshore account in USD, or can be remitted into the clients S.A. bank account (converted to S.A. Rand). Winchester Asset Management (Pty) Ltd does not use the (Pool System), and bases its income over 5 year lease periods, on a USD daily rate, pre-agreed with the end user. Winchester Asset Management (Pty) Ltd is contracted with John S. Braid & Co. Ltd, of which handles the movement and logistics of the tank containers for our clients. John S. Braid & Co. Ltd is a Scottish company with offices in Glasgow, Liverpool, London, France, Houston and Singapore. Braid has been establish in the market for over 45 years, and in the tank leasing business for 13 years. Winchester Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, is in full complience with prior permission granted by the South African Reserve Bank and the Commission for Inland Revenue. Acquisition of an asset, such as a tank container, is a USD based asset, (an international currency earner), purchased in S.A. Rand. Our product has a long term (25 year) foreign income potential in USD - real 'hard currency'. The purchase of tank containers have full approval of the S.A. Exchange Control and in addition the tank containers do not form part of the R 750 000 foreign limit.
