At Studio Kinetic we specialise in exercise. We focus on presenting exercise classes (Pilates and Functional Fitness) in a scientific way. Because exercise is a science, we use Human Movement Science as the basis for our classes. Our classes are small and intimate to make sure you receive the attention and supervision you deserve.
Most people don't know or realize that they exercise incorrectly. This is why we don't only present classes, we also teach you how to and why you should exercise correctly. Technique and form/posture while exercising is extremely important! Without the right technique and form the possibilities for injury is very high. That is why our main focus is technique and proper form.
