Willow Pool House

Willow Pool House, on Finelands Farm, is fully equipped for self-catering, with 1 King and 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious open plan lounge-dining room with a large fireplace, and a big farmhouse kitchen equipped with an Aga stove. Willow Pool House also has 1 very large stable with a paddock for horses, shelter for vehicles, and staff quarters. The farm setting is tranquil and private.
The house overlooks the beautiful Pholela River, with breath-taking views of the berg from further back. There is a large old willow tree down at the river which is a great spot for swimming, braaing, or making a bonfire; perfect for those lazy days at the river relaxing with friends and family.
There are 2 dams on Finelands Farm, stocked with trout for fly-fishing and fishing is included in the rates. We also have 5 kilometres of the Pholela River for tubing and fishing.
Finelands Farm is a working dairy farm and guests are welcome to visit to the dairy and see the cows being milked and calves being fed.

Willow Pool House is located 8km on the D8, outside the village of Himeville, altogether 12km from the village of Underberg.

All rates include fishing, firewood, and the use of the facilities provided; the house is serviced daily, other than Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Staff quarters can be hired at R160 per night.
