Willem Conradie and Associates is a niche Human Resources Development Consultancy with extensive experience in the fields of assessment and learning and development.

We offer a unique approach to human resource development and pride ourselves in delivering innovative and customised solutions to our clients. We are in terms of BBBEE status an Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME).

The Managing Director is Willem Conradie, a registered psychologist, with well over 15 years’ experience in the fields of assessment and human resources development. Willem has gained his experience working as a psychologist in the public sector, working extensively in a training and development division in the private sector and finally heading up the corporate assessment division of a large financial services company.

He has lectured in human resource development at the Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is a regular speaker/presenter at conferences. He is a past committee member of the Assessment Centre Study Group (ACSG) and has written a series of booklets on “Developing High Performance Teams”.
