Wild about Whisky

Wild about Whisky was founded in 2006 by three whisky fanatics - Dave Gunns, Steve Adams and Eve Gunns. Our mission is to give our customers the opportunity to taste great whiskies from around the world, and to provide them with a fun learning experience. By early 2016 we had over 1100 whiskies the bar, and featured 30 set tastings. In March 2016 we introduced a gin tasting which is proving very popular. Our specialist retail outlet opened in 2011, and being adjacent to the bar it gives customers the opportunity to try before they buy. We launched our online retail shop in 2014, and are building a loyal client base of whisky lovers all over South Africa.
