Training Philosophy:
Having frequently rediscovered what my body is capable of over the last 10
Years, both before and after having studied sport, I have come to realize
that the only thing holding people back, is their own preconceived ideas,
fears and disbelief in themselves.
More than anything else I believe in motivating and validating change. I believe in intrinsically rewarding clients, myself with the value of what THEY have accomplished and how its not what I do in the gym that matters but rather what THEY push themselves to do.
