#takePrideinyourhair
Compete with your hair selfie and win a Pride weekend in Stockholm for 2

Do you take pride your hair, or your lack of hair? Join our #takePrideinyourhair competition and show us your true self. The winner gets a weekend-trip for 2 to Stockholm Pride. Including, travel (going and return), accommodation in Stockholm on the 4-6th August, tickets to the Pride festival and the opportunity to walk in the parade with Wella. The only thing you have to do is: upload a selfie showing off your hair on Instagram or Facebook, tag it with #takePrideinyourhair and #WellaPride and then you’re all set. Good luck!

Competition rules

Competition runs between 12/6 – 12/7 2017. To be a part of the competition you have to upload a selfie on Instagram or Facebook and use the hashtag #takePrideinyourhair. All winners must be over 15 years old. In your entry, you should show off your hair and share a story about your hair - how or why your hair makes you to who you are. Remember to have an open account, otherwise we will not be able to see your picture. The 14th of July ten finalists will be chosen by a jury from Wella Profesionalls and the communication agency A World Beneath, AWB. The ten finalists will be presented on Wella’s Facebook page where the followers will vote for their favourite. The winner will be able to bring a friend to Stockholm where accommodation (one room for 2 people) is provided 4-6th August, tickets to Pride and a spot in Wella’s caravan. By using the hashtag #takePrideinyourhair you are automatically a part of the competition and approve that your photo might be used in Wella Professionals’ channels.


For us at Wella there are no rules when it comes to hair and appearance. We love diversity and believe that live becomes a lot more fun and beautiful when people are allowed to look just the way they want. With the initiative ’Take Pride In Your Hair’ we want to break hair stereotypes and celebrate all of you who dare to go against norms.
