We are situated in Bloemfontein at 16 Du Preez Avenue on a private estate - a place where you can host your event with ease and peace of mind that everything will run according to plan.

We boast a variety of venue choices, whether you want to celebrate indoor or outdoor, the possibilities are endless. The spacious reception venues are completed by a unique on site chapel. The chapel can also be converted into an additional hall to host smaller events.

Each venue can be transformed to suit your individual needs. Guests attending will enjoy the authentic and individual atmosphere with tailor made packages to suit your needs as well as professional staff to make sure your event is a success.

Guests can relax in one of our 8 individually decorated rooms, all en- suite, with air conditioning. The rooms are sophisticated with an authentic country ambiance. A scrumptious breakfast will be served daily and dinner arrangements can be made on request for large groups.

The Kitchen located at Warm Karoo stocks the largest wine collection in the Free State and Northern Cape. It also has a Gin Bar with more than 30 of South Africa's most popular local Gin's. We serve Craft Beer and Ciders on tap and offer a variety of tapas and other delectables.
