It features stylishly decorated interiors and luxurious bed linen. The house is capable of sleeping up to 8 people, with the option of 4 King Bedrooms OR 2 King Bedrooms and 2 King Single Bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one is an en-suite to the master bedroom, and the main bathroom is located upstairs and includes a large bathtub. There is also a powder room / toilet located on the ground level in close proximity to entertaining areas.

There are many areas to relax and unwind with 3 indoor living areas on the ground level – A comfortable formal lounge with a fireplace for the cooler months, dining room and casual family TV area. The home includes 4 flat screen televisions with complimentary Foxtel services. There are plenty of charming little nooks that facilitate guests enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the Villa to the absolute fullest.

This home features open plan living with 2 superb outdoor entertaining areas including a secluded alfresco courtyard dining area with a built-in BBQ and an Ocean front dining area where you can indulge in the spectacular views. The house is surrounded by thriving beautifully landscaped gardens inspired by a Tuscan theme.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you may require for your stay including a nespresso machine. A reverse osmosis water filter has been installed in the kitchen for you to enjoy pure drinking water. Only Eco friendly organic products are used within the Villa including personal care and cleaning products.
