buffer zone to the Unesco-protected Kogelberg Biosphere
Reserve, the Cape's Floral Kingdom. Although the smallest
of the world's six floral hotspots, it is the one with the
widest diversity. The traditional wine growing since the
1980's added to the attraction, as well as the world's best
land-based whale watching along the coast. Villa Exner is
