The system allows Vendorsure clients and their suppliers/service providers access to an easy to use web platform with state of the art features that are customisable.

Vendorsure ensures the integrity of your database and its value through sophisticated security, and maintenance of this valued asset. Data is not sold or distributed and information is guarded from competitors as well as possible identity theft.

Vendorsure has a unique landing page with a personalised look and feel which can include all manner of multi-media communications in it in order to ensure that the right message reaches the supplier/service provider. This will ensure their buy-in. The suppliers enter their own data thus cutting down on possible input errors.

The system creates an auditable platform from which information can be extracted and verified if required.

The system can be as simple as each client requires or can be customized to a specifically required level. Typically, the system is linked to existing websites via a tab on the website that redirects the user to a landing page. This will in turn inform clients of the details required as well as giving them the opportunity to contact us via our HELP DESK.

Reports are generated as required, (or monthly) indicating which supplier certification is expiring and informing you the client, as to whose certificates have not been renewed or updated.
