Vamos Verde which in Spanish means "we go green", is inspired by my passion to create a sustainable difference in the world through a holistic approach of nurturing body, mind, soul and earth through yoga, nutrition and a whole heap of positive energy.
By setting time aside for yourself, to get to know yourself and all the many facets that includes - is one of the most important things you can invest your time in. Happiness and Love come from within so what better place to start changing your life than with yourself.
