He is highly qualified and experienced professional with extensive practical business experience. In his time he has managed and started own various successful business operations. Highly skilled in management/administration roles and function including IT. Served in various business and government boards. Still active in strategic planning and management of his businesses. A trainer and advisor especially of senior management personnel in various management skills.

An organizer and priorotiser who allocate and coordinate resources, both human and material to best effect. Articulate and confident, a strong practical communicator who uses initiative, time management and confidence in personal performance role and establishes stable relationships at all levels. Proactive and innovative with in depth knowledge of market trends and related products.

Umgwalo Management cc is Managed by the General Manager under the Supervision of Mr JM Sikhosana on a full time basis.
Management of Umgwalo Management Services has 6 full time employees working at the head office and 25 employees at various properties. Our staff is 70% women and 55% youth.
