I facilitate individuals/teams to move from their current reality to their desired vision and encourage a process of change and transformation (from stuck to unstuck, from conflict to synergy, from one life phase or career to another, from life running you to you running life, from miscommunication to understanding, from frustration to resilience etc.)

My passion is to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves by facilitating learning and insights to increase personal and professional success and the ability to manage self and others.

I am involved in career exploration and career guidance - especially for young people by using the Birkman Method Assessment, a world renowned tool to integrate behavioural and career data into one assessment - also allowing individuals/students to understand who they are and why they behave/react in a certain way.

I am a Internationally Certified Birkman Method Consultant, Executive/ Business and Team Coach, Associate Certified Meta Coach and a Results Coaching Systems (known as the Neuroleadership Group) trained coach.

Associations: member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Meta Coach Foundation.
