Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) offers Sport and Recreation activities at six (6) different campuses being Pretoria, Ga-Rankuwa, Soshanguve, eMalahleni, Polokwane and Mbombela.

Aerobics, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Bodybuilding, Chess, Cricket, Cross-Country Running, Cycling, Darts, Dance Sport, Football, Golf, Hockey, Karate, Netball, Power Lifting, Road Running, Rugby, Softball, Squash, Supa-Pool, Table Tennis, Tennis and Volleyball.
Mission
To provide opportunities for every athlete to achieve his/her personal level of excellence.
Competitions
All clubs are registered for participation in community league competitions as well as provincial and national tertiary competitions. Provision is also made for mass participation and recreational activities.
A large number of TUT students compete at provincial, national and international levels.
Sport Bursaries
Sport bursaries are made available to athletes who participate at international, national and provincial levels. Terms and conditions apply. The closing date for applications is 5 March for the first semester and 20 July for the 2nd semester.
