Tugam Game Farm is the ideal place for an affordable wildlife experience for the whole family. It has a network of four 4x4 safari trails designed by ecotourism for your personal experience with Africa’s wildlife. Enjoy open vehicle game drives.

A variety of wildlife species, including (but not limited to): Giraffe, Zebra, Nyala, Kudu, Blue Wildebeast, Impala, Waterbuck, Blessbuck, Reedbuck, Red Duiker, Grey Duiker, Suni, Steenbuck, Warthog, Bushpig, Bushbuck, Hyena (Brown and Spotted), Leopard, Caracal, Serval, Crocodile, White-tailed Mongoose. Indigenous trees, and an excellent variety of bird life can also be seen.

Safari boat cruise on the Jozini Dam/Pongolapoort Dam:
Where you have the opportunity to view many species of wildlife and bird life, including Elephant, Hippo, Crocodile, Rhino, Zebra, Yellow-billed and Woolly-necked Storks, Fish Eagles and Vultures. One may also fish for Jozini’s famous Tiger fish.

Elephant interaction:
Personal interaction with the majestic elephants, Rambo, Rachal, and their baby, Jabulani, at Bayete Zulu. A ranger will take you through their history and provide you with interesting facts about the elephants. You will get the opportunity to feed the elephants, and physically interact with them.

Cheetah - cat rehabilitation:
Enter the cat enclosures with a guide to get up close to the cats. Educational tours to learn, and see the Cheetah, Serval, Caracal, and the African Wildcat.

Big 5 game drives:
We are neighboured by big 5 game reserves . Go on a big 5 open vehicle safari drive, and get up close to Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo, Leopard, and Rhino.

Zulu culture and traditional village:
Watch as locals make spears, shields, baskets, and clay pots. Experience the rhythmic drumbeat and watch traditional Zulu dancing. Enjoy a traditional lunch served in the boma.
