1. The founding member and CEO John Tjikunga has over 35 years’ experience in the management of risk, safety and security in particular. His experience as in so many professionals in the field, started in the Military discipline where he served. This was followed by positions in Safety and Security managements in De-mining, Diamond Mine, Rutile Mines and Oil and Gas national and international.

Having had experience in the security service providers industry that existed in Africa he turned his hand to establishing himself as a service provider, but at a different level, with a wide range of competencies.
