The Miha Bodytec II concept is based on personal fitness training with electro muscle stimulation (EMS). One 20-minute session a week is tougher than hitting a regular gym session – and gets equal or better results. One session equals 3x90min strength workouts at the gym and, since the machine trains over 90% of your muscles at once, you only need to go once a week.

Toned & Tanning training is the perfect fitness solution and all-round training using the Miha Bodytec II electro muscle stimulation (EMS): it quickly produces effective, visible results and fat content and weight are reduced. Your muscles are gently defined as your physical strength and endurance increases. This highly effective training method has been used by professional athletes and sports rehabilitation centres for decades.
