Our Facebook community is a forum to celebrate new film releases in cinema.

We love interacting with you and encourage your feedback. With this in mind, we ask that you follow our community guidelines:


1. Please note that piracy is a criminal offence. It’s unacceptable to post links to torrent sites or any other sites where illegally downloaded content is available. Any posts or comments of this kind will be removed.

If you see any activity of this sort on our page or elsewhere, please feel free to contact SAFACT to report incidents of piracy. SAFACT's primary role is to protect the intellectual property rights of its members in the Southern African film, home entertainment and interactive games industries. Your Piracy Reporting has always been appreciated by SAFACT, who will investigate your tip-off as soon as possible.

2. In relation to point 1 above, any insinuations of piracy or comments about fans having downloaded our movies before they have released in cinema, will be deemed inappropriate and will be removed.

3. Please be polite to other Times Media Films fans and treat each other as you would like to be treated.

4. Don’t give out any personal information on our Facebook wall; if we ask for your details, please DM (direct message) them to us.

5. We cannot tolerate any inappropriate or offensive language, including user names, photographs and wall posts that are crude, contain swear words, are racist, offensive, hateful or violent. We reserve the right to untag Times Media Films and its film properties from any posts or photos that we deem inappropriate.

6. Advertising, spam, selling and links or comments that are for personal financial gain will be removed. This includes posts used to direct traffic to other sites, blogs or Facebook pages.

7. Please keep comments on-topic. Our Facebook wall is designed to keep you up to date on all movie-related news, including what’s new in cinemas and any inside scoop or behind-the-scenes info that we can bring to you. Any gossip or personal disparagements/attacks will be removed.

8. Please note that repeat offenders of the guidelines above, may be reported and blocked from our page for the sake of the Times Media Films community.

9. We do our best to answer all queries posted to our Facebook wall and are online and available from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday- Friday. If you post a query outside of the designated times, please be patient – we will assist you as soon as possible.
