Some of these include feasibility studies, urban design, commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, restoration and refurbishements.

Tim Hughes Architect provides a wide range of dedicated, discrete and cost effective architectural services which at all times meet the unique and personal brief, budget, site & market requirements of their clients.

Tim Hughes Architect is member of the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA), South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA), The South African Institute for Architects (SAIA), Cape Institute for Architecture (CIA), South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP)

Tim Hughes Architect is a level 4 BEE contributor and actively involved in social outreach through ‘pro-bono’ work for NGO’s.
