Tilting Heads Taco Cafe and Margarita Bar is a first of its kind in our friendly city Port Elizabeth. Tilting Heads is more than just a cafe and a bar; its a concept! We're taking the ever so innocent and underrated Mexican Taco and giving it a much needed face lift, from slow cooked beef, pork and lamb to chargrilled chicken and fresh vegetarian options, there is something for every pallet.
