We provide all foodies with a personalised and intimate service of hand crafted organic curries, potjies, soups, homemade fruit lollies, infused cakes and home-made cheese served with our range of custom designed preserves, chutneys and jams. "Poetic Delights" - a range of handmade, boutique, vintage jars filled with original, unique recipes, every one of them preservative free.
Entertaining, interactive and fun filled amusement in the form of fire dancing, hula hooping, djembe drumming and bubble blowing. An absolutely fantastic party guaranteed with abundant shrieks of laughter and wonder.
Adding special touches which include warm essential oil refresher towels before Serving your organic meals in unique biodegradable containers along with wooden cutlery.

Some of our veggies and herbs are grown by Thymeless Tings Gypsy Diner and Travelling Diner but most are especially grown for Thymeless Tings organic food specialists, Green City Gardens Jozi.
Hands on, Mario Athanasopoulos personally attends to all his rich gardens with the utmost car, dedication and pride. Organic and grown from heirloom seeds, pesticide and GMO free.
Mario’s passion for organic food has taken him to the United States of America where he also has an aquaponic vegetable farm called Living Green Aquaponics, run by one of his partners .
At home you will be able to visit Mario’s veggie tunnels in The Cradle of Humankind, Johannesburg City and Nelspruit.
