The Victorian Shopping Centre

The Victorian Centre is situated in the CBD of Heidelberg, with the majority of tenants being well-known national retailers. The Victorian has a very loyal support base and the town shows good growth potential. Heidelberg will always be popular because of its close proximity to Johannesburg. The Victorian currently also serves towns as far as Ratanga, Nigel and Balfour.

The centre has a gross leasable area of 15,400m² and despite its relatively small size it plays a very prominent regional role as a retail destination. There are 40 shops with a very high national representation (95%). This includes Pick n Pay, Pepkor, Tekkie Town, Totalsports, Clicks, Truworths, Edgars Connect and major banks.
