Located on the corner of Wale and Adderley streets in Cape Town’s city centre, The Twankey Bar, which is part of the luxurious Taj Cape Town hotel, is spearheaded by Cape Town Mixologist, AJ Snetler, winner of numerous mixology awards and custodian of the decadent, crafted cocktail menu .

Using intriguing cocktail-making methods from wood-chip smoking and blazing to teapot brewing, every ingredient is made fresh on the premises: every infusion, syrup and garnish is made from scratch.
