The Reiki Experience

Lara is a Master Reiki Practitioner. Her studio is based in the tranquil suburb of Northcliff. Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and also promotes healing. Rei = spiritual wisdom and Ki = life force/energy. It is not a religion. It is practised by the laying on of hands, either directly on the body, or just above the body, of the client. Reiki can be used to treat both humans and animals.The Reiki Practitioner acts as the conduit through which universal healing energy flows. Reiki is only administered for the highest good of all involved and will direct to where it is needed most - it can do no harm.
