How much does the stock cost?

Where is your store?

The Perfect Touch is an online store and all orders can be placed on www.theperfecttouch.co.za. You will receive your order via couriers. Our physical address is the following and we are open by appointment only (email mareze@theperfecttouch.co.za to come see us):

How to place an order:
1. Select the item that you would like
2. Select Order
3. Navigate to your cart in the top right hand corner of The Perfect Touch Online Store
4. Select Checkout
5. Follow the checkout procedures
6. Upon receipt of payment we will courier you items to you

Please look in your junk mail folder as emails often go there instead of to your inbox. When placing your order you would have immediately received a copy of your order and an order number. Please email your order number to mareze@theperfecttouch.co.za so that we can look into it for you.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made via the following payment methods:
EFT, ATM/Bank deposit and proof thereof needs to be sent to us so that your parcel can be dispatched and a tracking number can be supplied to you
PayFast

How do I receive my parcel?

We courier parcels across South Africa on a daily basis for R55 (economic parcel) or R140 (express option). Should you choose the economic parcel option and our courier service not cover your area your parcel will be sent to you be registered mail, please note that should it be sent via registered mail it is your responsibility to fetch the item from your local post office. If you do not fetch it from them and it gets sent back to us you will need to pay the postage fee again for it to be sent to you.

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?

All parcels sent with our courier company are insured and we take full responsibility for it to reach you.

Parcels sent via the Post Office are not insured and once it has been handed into the post office and displays on the tracking site that it has been handed in we cannot be held accountable for any loss/damage. Should you wish to have your parcel insured at an additional charge, please contact us so that we can advise on the cost.

How long does it take to receive my parcel?

If our courier service covers your area delivery takes approximately 4 working days if you are making use of the economic option (main centres only). Delivery via our express option will take 24 - 72 hours depending on where you are based. If the parcel gets sent to you via registered mail it could take approximately 6 working days to reach you.

How does overnight courier work?

If your order is placed and payment is received before 08:30 on any weekday you will have your parcel the following day. If the following day is a public holiday, Saturday or a Sunday you will only receive it on the following weekday.

Outlying areas may take up to 72 hours to deliver.
