The Institute for Leadership and Transformation

Our primary task is to create spaces where leaders, managers and members of society can explore and transform their roles, institutions and society-as-a-whole. We specialize in understanding and working with the unconscious dynamics in institutional systems. We apply our expertise specifically to be useful to leaders and managers as they strive to gain a fuller view of the underlying, often ‘invisible’, factors that influence their institutions and their roles. Our usefulness to our clients lies in our tradition of not giving advice, counsel or solutions. Rather, we accompany, think along with and collaborate with our clients in a relationship of exploration and learning from shared experience.
