The Drift Trap-Rc Drifting

THE DRIFT TRAP is the Home to RC Drifting Pretoria. The track is the first permanent track for RC Drifting Built in Gauteng and is regarded as the best thus far.

The track was built by a number of members of the Sideways Slaves Drift Crew of Pretoria as well as other non-members.

Funding to build the track was imputed by members as well as companies and hobby shops.

The track surface is fine smooth tar (Asphalt) layered with 2 coats of special paint to making the surface a little slippery ideal for drifting.

The track barriers are made from durable PVC Pipes that can be moved around allowing for track changing for competitions. Brand stickers, Mini Flags, Sign Boards, Painted Curbs and a Astro Turf Traffic Circle gives the track a unique drift arena look.

Upgrades to the track are on-going and sponsors are always welcome.

Competition:
Currently Hosting the Pretoria Series Comp every second week.
GP Drift Series comes to Trap every third event.
