Welcome to The Boat Race Festival 2017! Boat Race is Port Alfred's biggest student festival featuring a huge line up of SA's best DJs and artists, 2 days of camping and entertainment and the best damn end of holiday party around!

You know what it’s all about. You know about the drama and the excitement. You know it’s the perfect way to cap off the holidays… UJ, Tuks, Rhodes, NMMU, UKZN, Stellies, UCT and Wits will all be there. It’s Rhodes versus local rivals NMMU, it’s the pretenders from the north, the surfers from the east coast and the beach lovers from the south all battling it out in the biggest National Universities Boat Race in SA!!

But what you don’t know is that this year is going to be the most epic and exciting Boat Race you've ever seen! The Boat Race Festival is taking over the town of Port Alfred and includes top local artists, safe and secure camping and parking, a daytime beach bar, a massive evening production and TWO NIGHTS OF THE BEST FUN YOU'LL HAVE THIS SIDE OF THE KOWIE RIVER!

1) What is the policy regarding entrance?

>> Right of Admission will be reserved.
>> There will be STRICTLY No under 18's.
>> No one will be allowed into the venue without a valid green bar coded ID or Drivers License.
>> No Scans / Copies or Affidavits will be accepted.
>> No Fires / Pets / Bad Attitudes / Illicit Substances / Glass Bottles / Fireworks allowed.
