The Bay Sports & Restaurant is the new kid on the block in the Constantia Valley. Situated at the False Bay Rugby Club, the old club house has been renovated to bring you’re the best live club rugby with the added bonus of it being family friendly restaurant open to its members and the general public.
The renovated bar and kitchen and outside areas, allows us to cater for various functions and sporting events making us a multifunctional venue with very few limitations.
Our aim is to become your friendly local pub & family restaurant, we've taken every detail into consideration, the food and drink menu, the beer garden and kids play area. Breakfast, lunch, dinner & family occasions, we are pretty certain that we are also the best value for money in the Constantia Valley area but at the same time not compromising on quality and taste.

Under management by a team of dedicated professionals and the directorship of 3 prominent businessmen, the end game is to build a business model that all sports clubs will eventually be modeled on.
