The Banting Wagon

The Banting Wagon - home of real food, was created by Garden Route founder mother of three Louise McDonald.

Looking for sugar free, healthy options to bake for her children, Louise began exploring a sugar free grain free lifestyle for her family in May 2014.

As an avid baker, the concept of creating healthy baked treats for her family excited her and she began testing grain and sugar free bakes for her family.

After having many friends and family asking for baked items and recipes the decision was made to make the products available to the public.

All ingredients used will be strictly specified as I know how very important it is to know exactly what we are feeding ourselves and our children. All products will be made preservative free and colourant free - only real food.
Ingredients will be sourced from the highest quality available always - aiming for grass fed butters, free range eggs and no corners cut.

The Banting Wagon - hopes to help people following a Banting, Paleo, Low Carb, High Fat, Diabetics, Gluten Free Diet.
