Nutritional Therapists evaluate the influence of food components on biochemical function and how dietary changes may protect against chronic disease and restore health. I will work with you to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances in order to understand how these may contribute to any symptom or health concern. I use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme.
