TEN Civils was founded in 2008 by Elton Naicker. His valuable experience developed through numerous years in the road construction and rehabilitation industry was a key factor in growing TEN Civils to become the preferred choice for its clients. The company’s initial aim was excelling at rendering services in the auxiliary civil works industry; it has grown and now delivers exceptional service encompassing the entire civil engineering field. During 2011 Craig Naicker joined TEN Civils as joint director, bringing with him years of financial and management experience required to take TEN Civils into the future.

MANAGEMENT
The company is managed competently by its directors Mr. Elton Naicker with whom brings a wealth of experience and technical skills teeming over 10 years within the field thus maximizing the company’s full potential, Craig Naicker with expertise in business strategy having worked in key strategic and financial roles in the corporate world for a number of years, possessing expertise collectively in the technical and business field both practically and theoretically.

Overseeing the labour force is Mr. Herrick Naicker, the company’s operations manager, prominently known for his vast capabilities and adaptiveness, boasting over 40 years of experience within the industry. Culminating this impressive barrage is the company’s highly regarded consultants possessing numerous years of industry knowledge and experience.
